Vice President of Human Resources
Jen Goss is a human resource executive with over 20 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management. Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, total rewards planning, benefit plan design and employee relations.
Prior to her role as VP of Human Resources, she served as the VP of Human Resources for Trust Company of America where she was responsible for the HR services to 200 employees who work in a wide range of roles within the Financial Services industry.
Jen has a Bachelors degree in Law & Society from the University of Denver and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
